Supports the founder through calendar and travel management, email and document drafting, meeting preparation, action-item follow-up, stakeholder liaison, hospitality coordination, project tracking, budgeting, expense monitoring, and administrative support. Maintains the founder’s commitments and helps coordinate review meetings and projects while handling confidential information.

chart and report maintenance.
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and the founder’s bank account.
- Handle other administrative tasks as may be required.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple
concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the founder, company and its employees.
- Willingness to travel for work will be an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
