Who We Are

Over the next few years, every financial institution will have teams of AI analysts working alongside their sharpest minds. At Endex, we're on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker. We're a team working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs and backed by OpenAI ($14M Raise in Aug. 2025).

With significant demand after our launch, financial firms across the country recognize that agentic AI in financial modeling is the future.

About the Role

Location: New York City Commitment: 5 Days In-Person

The Executive Assistant at Endex is an operational backbone of the company. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to keep the organization running smoothly — owning the systems, logistics, and coordination that allow everyone else to operate at their best. This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in building structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and finds satisfaction in making a high-performing team even more effective.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling across internal and external stakeholders to protect time and maximize focus.

  • Office Management: Own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office, ensuring it's a well-run, organized, and welcoming environment for the team.

  • Internal Systems & Organization: Design and maintain internal systems across billing, compliance, vendor management, and administrative workflows to keep the company organized and audit-ready.

  • Team Culture & Events: Plan and execute team outings, offsites, and company events that strengthen culture and celebrate milestones.

  • Billing & Compliance Coordination: Track invoices, manage vendor relationships, and work with legal and finance partners to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met on time.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with recruiting, marketing, and GTM functions on logistics, coordination, and operational needs as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

  • Proactive Organizer: You don't wait to be asked. You identify gaps, build systems, and create the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-moving team on track.

  • Relentlessly Resourceful: Ambiguity doesn't slow you down. You figure things out, find the right people, and get things done without a playbook.

  • Execution-Oriented: You follow through. Tasks don't fall through the cracks on your watch, and you hold yourself to a high standard on every deliverable.

  • Strong Communicator: You write clearly, communicate proactively, and know how to manage up, down, and across a team.

  • Low Ego: You're confident in your abilities but focused on outcomes rather than credit. You listen well, welcome feedback, and understand that great support is a competitive advantage.

  • Discretion: You'll be trusted with sensitive information across finance, legal, and personnel matters — and you treat that trust seriously.
