ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
Plan and coordinate events
Manage personal appointments, household vendors, and light errands
Support family logistics
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support special projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
High-impact role with visibility into company operations and strategy
