- Execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial resume screening and qualifications matching against role requirements.
- Reach out to prospective candidates with personalized messaging to drive engagement and response rates.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and gathering panel feedback.
- Maintain clean, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview stages, ensuring a responsive, professional, and positive candidate experience.
- Assist with talent mapping, competitor tracking, and compensation data collection to support hiring decisions.
- Prepare weekly pipeline updates, stage conversion metrics, and candidate status summaries for team reviews
- Experience: 3+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house). Experience in tech, fintech, financial services, or fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
- Sourcing Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and modern candidate engagement techniques.
- Tools: Prior experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and modern collaboration tools .
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for global stakeholder collaboration).
- Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple interview schedules and candidate pipelines without dropping details.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global environment across different time zones.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
