About Us
- (New) Oversee and advice on Bybit EU test management framework including test processes, test data, test environment and test teams’ setup
- Work with business SRE and other relevant teams to control all releases to Bybit EU
- Participate in or lead the execution of overall testing and be responsible for all the changes fulfilling the business needs
- Ensure the quality of the tested system and solve technical problems in the testing process;
- Strong command of English and Chines
- Bachelor degree or above with computer, mathematics, information management and other related majors;
- Familiar with at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, etc.
- Familiar with software development process, master software testing theory and methods, design and develop testing tools, automated testing and better frame capacity
- Experience with crypto exchange

Skills Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, Level 1 or Level 2 end-user support, or a related field
- Experience operating and maintaining Mac and Windows laptops
- Experience operating and maintaining Google Suite and common office applications
- Project implementation and management experience
- Remote support services experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to work in person at the Vienna headquarters
