Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who is comfortable using AI tools, understands their benefits and risks, and can help transform firm-provided materials and public information into compelling multimedia content. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced law firm environment.

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience with digital marketing in the legal industry—and has the ambition to grow into a senior or director-level position.


Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Publishing
  • Efficiently create and publish WordPress blog posts based on:

    • News reports

    • Publicly available information

    • Internal firm content

  • Use Jetpack or similar plugins to convert blog posts into social media deliverables.

Social Media Management
  • Produce and schedule engaging posts for:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • TikTok

    • X (Twitter)

    • YouTube

    • Snapchat

    • Other emerging channels

  • Create short-form video content, captions, and visual assets.

AI-Driven Content Pipeline
  • Use modern AI tools to:

    • Transform source material into first drafts

    • Generate graphics, social media posts, short videos, and blog content

    • Create a streamlined content pipeline from idea to the final asset

Compliance & Standards
  • Follow firm content guidelines, brand voice, and editing standards.

  • Ensure all content complies with:

    • Professional conduct rules for attorney advertising

    • Privacy, accuracy, and ethics requirements

Digital Ads
  • Assist with posting and managing simple paid social ads, including boosted posts and lightweight campaigns.

QualificationsPreferred Qualifications

Experience using:

  • WordPress

  • Jetpack

  • Canva, CapCut, Nano or similar tools

  • AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)

  • Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (hallucinations, compliance issues, bias, etc.).

  • Prior experience in a personal injury or other legal environment (a plus).

  • Multilingual candidates strongly encouraged.

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently.
