4. Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.

Description:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting equipment and systems for radio and board level production testing

• Test cable design including cabling/wire, connectors and supporting components

• Design low complex electronic test interfaces (Printed Circuit Boards, Cables) for test fixtures and stations

• Contribute to the electrical design of functional board level, unit and system level testers

• Performs engineering RF/analog/digital design and measurement tasks as well as operational tests and fault isolation on radio systems

• Document test hardware using computer based tools such as DxDesigner and Visio

• Implement standard Configuration Management techniques in design architecture

• Direct technicians in the completion of test system fabrication and troubleshoot

Qualifications:

• AS degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology – or 11 years of experience in lieu of degree

• 7+ years test engineering experience with the AA degree

• Proficient in documenting test hardware including cable drawings, fixture interconnect drawings, assembly instructions and test setups

• Experienced with designing test cables and fixtures for production test

• Experience with automated systems for electronic test

Preferred Skills:

• Experienced with Configuration Management of designed assemblies

• Debug test equipment with LabVIEW

• Experienced with DxDesigner

• Experienced with Visio
