Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, trace, and verify system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead interface management activities between signaling, communications, vehicles, civil, track, power, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Support systems engineering processes including requirements management, configuration management, verification & validation (V&V), and systems integration.
- Coordinate technical reviews, interface control documents (ICDs), and requirements compliance activities.
- Assist with risk management, design reviews, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Computer, Mechanical, or related field).
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes.
- Experience or coursework in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama).
- Understanding of interface management, systems integration, and transit infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range:
