Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business, Technical and Strategic Product teams to manage project commitments in an agile framework; rapidly delivering value to our customers via technology solutions
• Own the application technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
• Drive design and development of resilient, reliable, scalable and self-healing solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements
• Ensure that all parts of the application eco system are thoroughly and effectively covered with telemetry
• Drive improvements in application stability & monitoring and determining root cause
• Relieve the team of "churn" and "waste" by driving automation
• Collaborate with leaders across partner-teams to drive cohesive and optimal solutions
• Communicate clearly and effectively and be able to present and demonstrate work to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible while delivering high quality, scalable solutions

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, Information Technology or other related field
• 15+ years of experience in areas of software development and delivery
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a large, fast-paced enterprise environment
• Experience in software design and solid understanding of tradeoffs to balance delivery priorities and delivery quality
