The Head of Enterprise Applications will lead a global and expanding team of Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, System Admins, Application Engineers, Architects, and Quality Engineers to deliver information, automation and scale for both customers and Zoom’s internal end to end business processes including New Product Introductions, CPQ and Quote to Cash including operational functions like Quoting, Ordering, Provisioning, Subscription, Billing, Invoicing, Payments and Collections.

We are seeking a business-savvy leader who wants to be part of a modern, progressive IT team and part of Zoom’s larger commitment to providing happiness to both internal and external customers. 

This role provides a hands-on leadership opportunity for developing and leading a team responsible for delivering digital evolution at scale for Zoom. This person will work as an equal partner with our Product Engineering, Sales, Pricing and Finance teams in our go-to-market strategy and business development efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create the vision and strategy for our enterprise systems including CPQ and Order to Cash.

• Partner with Zoom’s executives in Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance teams on business strategy tied to New Product Introductions, Go to Market and Financial back end integrations including Subscription, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition and Financial Close. Partner with business and operational leaders to redesign, evolve and automate business processes for scale. 

• Translate business priorities into robust IT Systems and Architecture requirements with user experience at the core.

• Manage and host IT steering committee with business stakeholders for cross-functional initiatives, engagement, prioritization and resource allocation.

• Manage high-impact initiatives, including obtaining and documenting business requirements, design and sign off of systems architecture and leading development of both internal and external resources.

• Lead and manage system upgrades, rollouts and implementations; testing; developing workflows; documenting processes; user acceptance; developing policies and ensuring they are followed.

• Develop careers and leaders across the team using development plans, coaching, and mentorship, with a focus on technical and non-technical professional development. Mentor and develop a high performing team, including setting regular goals and objectives and measuring performance against goals.

• Manage a variety of best-in-breed cloud vendors and service providers to maximize the value returned by these vendors and to implement desired enterprise architecture.

• Advise on current usage, implementation and areas underutilized; guide the functional teams with best practices.

• Ensure information and automation services are delivered with highest security and compliance standards.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Engineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor's ; graduate degree a plus) and 12+ years of relevant industry experience.

• 10+ years of SaaS business applications experience including robust hands-on experience in ERP, CPQ and Enterprise Architecture.

• General business and functional knowledge of Sales processes, CPQ, Order to Cash and Accounting.

• Highly positive and collaborative individual that excels at developing working relationships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven. Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.

• Experience in presenting systems/IT concepts to senior business executives, ability to communicate with passion, and ability to articulate with business context.

• Expert level business partnership skills with demonstrated success prioritizing, overseeing and delivering multiple, high profile, complex projects and implementing them on schedule with minimum disruption to the business.

• Extensive experience and proven track record in the development and support of enterprise application systems and services.

• Experience working collaboratively with a wide range of functional departments and technology skill levels.

• Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and ability to act as a trusted advisor with the most senior levels in an organization with the ability to represent the organization.
