Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage service quality - initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues

• Deploy, monitor and scale application services

• Support test automation and development strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product quality

• Operation support to business strategy 

• Build a resilient and scalable service infrastructure to accommodate regions

• Optimize CI/CD process and streamline automation effort for server provisioning and deployment

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps environment and a BS/MS degree

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 

• Significant cloud ops experience preferably with AWS

• Familiarity with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS

• Hands-on experience securing cloud networking such as VPC peering, subnet, security groups

• Unde

• rstanding of securing cloud data stores in S3 and databases, RDS, MySQL, Redshift, DynamoDB 

• Working knowledge of Ansible and Jenkins

• Experience with various monitoring, such as Zabbix, AWS Cloudwatch.

• Experience with Nginx in production deployment and troubleshooting

• Experience with Source Code Management tools (Git, Gitlab) and an understanding of branching and integration processes.

• Solid Bash or Python scripting experience.

• Experience with ELK Stack

• Experience in Java, JVM performance, tomcat and SQL

• Excellent communication skills

Experience Nice to Have:

• Experience with building and maintaining monitoring system for large scale production systems

• Prior experience as Linux Admin, or Linux Systems Engineer for large scale infrastructure

• Experience with video conference

• Experience with application security
