Job Summary  


Required to acknowledge customers when they arrive in the establishment and handle paperwork related to their position. Duties include maintaining an appointment book, answering phone calls and providing information to callers and performing clerical tasks.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting and acknowledging customers as they arrive

  • Answering the phone and responding to emails

  • Diary management, scheduling and rescheduling appointments

  • Following daily reception checklist and highlighting tasks when complete

  • Managing and ordering office and  stock supplies

  • Office duties include document filing, scanning, copying, and shredding.

  • closing up the reception and the building securely at the end of day

  • Any other duties which may be assigned from time 


Requirements

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 CXC or CSEC subjects

  • Minimum 3 yrs Experience 

  • Proficient knowledge and computer literacy in all Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Calm and confident telephone manner and front of house communication skills

  • Organization, time management and multitasking abilities

  • Proactive and taking initiative in all daily tasks

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem solving when issues may arise

  • Team player

  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees

  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly

  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day

  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with  customers

  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive



Skills Required
