Integrated Community Services is looking to hire for a Full time Employee Benefits Coordinator position near The Woodlands/Spring Area
Integrated Community Services house and serve over 300 individuals with intellectual disabilities statewide in group homes, natural-residential settings, and in the foster care model from six regional satellite offices.
Responsibilities will include:
401K
- Enter contributions, generate report, and upload contributions to Transamerica Retirement Website for 401K (bi-weekly)
- Set up, monitor, and adjust open enrollment in Paycom online HR software to notify employees 1 month before open enrollment for 401K (Semi Annual)
- 401K Plan Audit (Annual)
Affordable Care Act
- Monitor and adjust Affordable Care Act Dashboard in Paycom system (Monthly)
- Monitor Series Codes for Affordable Care Act for accuracy for current and new employees in Paycom system (Monthly)
Health Insurance
- Set up, monitor, and adjust open enrollment in Paycom system to notify employees 1 month before (Annual)
- Enroll and terminate health insurance, add eligible employees to COBRA & BCBS via online portal and Paycom system (Daily)
Department of Labor
- File and Submit Multiple Worksite Filing to Department of Labor (Quarterly)
- Verification of Wages from Department of Labor via online portal (Weekly When Needed)
- EEOC Filing Report Export from Paycom system and import to Department of Labor (Annual)
FMLA
- Send out FMLA Notices (Monthly)
- Track duration and ensure proper documentation is submitted by qualified employees (Monthly)
- Track payments made for employee portion of health insurance while out on leave (Monthly)
OSHA
- Log/track and file OSHA 300 filing (Monthly)
- Employee Injury Reporting to Salus Management (Monthly)
- Compliance Posters (Annual)
Texas Workforce Commission
- Update Texas Workforce Commission Status Log spreadsheet and track all claims to completion (Daily)
- Gather all paperwork associated with Texas Workforce Commission claims and Telephone Hearings (Daily)
- Write Cover Letter to Texas Workforce Commission (Daily)
Paycom
- This position will also serve as the Payroll back up and will process payroll occasionally (Bi-Weekly)
Employee Injuries
- Reporting workplace injuries to insurance carrier
- Following up with insurance carrier to ensure all paperwork is in order and claims are processed properly
- This job includes these duties but is not limited to these duties.
Benefits:

- Vacation Accrual after 90 days (80 hours 1 - 5 years of service, 120 hours after 5 years of service)
- Daytime work hours (8 am to 5 pm).
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of office experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have 1-year experience in Excel
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to meet high speed demands with extreme accuracy and efficiency
- 10 Key Punch
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment
