Designs electrical systems for residential, commercial, hospitality, and building MEP projects. Responsibilities include load calculations, equipment sizing, cable and protection design, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, EV charging distribution, SLDs, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and design documentation. Coordinates with architects, structural and MEP teams, clients, vendors, PMC teams, and site engineers; reviews execution and technical submissions; resolves queries; and ensures timely, high-quality design delivery.

Review site execution against approved drawings
Prepare design calculations, reports and as-built documentation
Ensure timely delivery and quality of electrical designs Candidates with experience in residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings and hospitality projects will be preferred.
Skills Required
- 5-8 years of experience in building electrical MEP design
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with electrical load calculations and demand/diversity assessment
- Experience sizing transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and capacitor banks
- Experience with HT/LT cable sizing and voltage-drop calculations
- Experience with circuit-breaker selection and protection coordination
