Early Career Product Engineer

Bridger is building the AI automation platform for professional services. We are a full-stack AI company: we own the entire service delivery stack, allowing us to capture the true potential of AI faster and significantly expand our TAM compared to traditional AI SaaS products.

Our team consists of a product division (developing our proprietary AI platform) and a services division (managing and delivering services to our clients). Today, we serve thousands of clients. Since earlier this year, we’ve expanded our team by 10x and grown revenue from zero to millions. We’re backed by world-class VCs and institutional investors that have built multibillion-dollar platforms.

We're looking for a talented product engineer to join us in building our shared technology platform. This is a broad role encompassing full stack development, as well as developing AI agents for workflow automation.

About you

• You love to build, and are excited to work in a scrappy, ambiguous environment

• You take ownership of your work and are eager to grow into driving projects from conception to production

• You have empathy to work with operational teams and understand their needs

• You have experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.), through coursework, internships, or professional experience

• You have 0-2 years of engineering experience

Compensation & Benefits
For this role, the salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and seniority.
