About the RoleWe're looking for a talented product engineer to join us in building our shared technology platform. This is a broad role encompassing full stack development, as well as developing AI agents for workflow automation.

About you
You love to build, and are excited to work in a scrappy, ambiguous environment
You take ownership of your work and are eager to grow into driving projects from conception to production
You have empathy to work with operational teams and understand their needs
You have experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.), through coursework, internships, or professional experience
You have 0-2 years of engineering experience
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, the salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and seniority.

Skills Required
