Minimum QualificationsActive Duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces eligible for participation in the DoW SkillBridge Program.

Please note that SkillBridge internships are unpaid by Salute, as participants remain on active-duty military orders and continue to receive military pay and benefits through their branch of service during the internship.
Successful completion of the SkillBridge Program may lead to consideration for full-time employment with Salute based on business needs, location availability, individual performance, and successful completion of the training program.
Skills Required
- Active-duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces eligible for the DoW SkillBridge Program
- Within 180 days of military separation, or otherwise eligible under branch SkillBridge guidance
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain command approval for SkillBridge participation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast-paced operational environment
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
