Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake, control, distribution, and archival of project documentation across EPC projects.
- Maintain document control systems to ensure current, approved documents are available to engineering, construction, and project management teams.
- Enforce version control, naming conventions, and document workflows.
- Track document status, revisions, approvals, and transmittals.
- Coordinate document exchanges with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support engineering deliverables, construction readiness, and project closeout packages.
- Identify risks related to missing or late documentation and escalate appropriately.
- Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Minimum Years: 2 to 4 years of document control or project coordination experience.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Hard Skills: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, document management systems.
- Previous Experience: EPC, construction, or engineering project support.
- Certifications: None required.
- Other Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, accountability, and time management.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, calm under deadline pressure.
- Preferences: EPC or industrial project experience.
