Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support large-scale data centre construction projects. The role is responsible for managing project documentation, drawings, technical submissions, and handover records, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Ensure accurate document numbering, revision control, and distribution of current approved documents.
  • Administer and maintain document management systems, particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Track document workflows, approvals, submissions, and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on document requirements.
  • Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, commissioning documents, and handover packages. Compile and manage O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and final turnover documentation.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of document control experience within construction, MEP, industrial, or data centre projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is essential.
  • Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or BIM 360 is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of document control processes, revision management, transmittals, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Experience supporting data centre or mission-critical facility projects.
  • Knowledge of MEP documentation and commissioning processes.
  • Experience managing high volumes of technical and construction documents in fast-paced project environments.
