Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of developers to design and build a scalable/maintainable consolidated Enterprise Metadata Platform within the Data Management domain utilizing emerging and existing technologies.
  • Lead effort to implement Data Management solutions on cloud.
  • Collaborate with multiple technology and business teams to consolidate and come up with a Data Management & Governance Model and Tools catering to all lines of business for their Data Lineage/Data Glossary/Data Dictionary and regulatory needs with a standardized set of tools.
  • Lay/Implement the technology and infrastructure roadmap for multiple applications.
  • Apply architectural and engineering concepts to design solutions that meet operational requirements in terms of scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, etc.
  • Design and build complex end-to-end systems from concept to finished product using Angular, Java Script/Type Script, Python, Java, SQL Server, No SQL Databases, Linux, and Tableau.
  • Develop and deliver scalable solutions utilizing full stack engineering such as Python, NoSQL databases, Web UI, Apache/Tomcat, Autosys, Custom schedulers, regression test suites (selenium, chromedriver) and CI/CD tools.
  • Use Jenkins/Artifactory/Bit Bucket/Datical and Developer tools including Webstorm, Pycharm, Visual Studio Code, Data Grip, MSSQL Management Studio, and Eclipse to perform Infrastructure Management/Release Management/Application Management/Tool Management.
  • Apply knowledge about Data Catalogs, Data Glossary Data Quality Metrics and utilizing Collibra DGC and Collibra DQ to conduct data management, data governance, and data analysis.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.


Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related; and
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Designing and building complex end-to-end systems from concept to finished product using Angular, Java Script/Type Script, Python, Java, SQL Server, No SQL Databases, Linux, and Tableau;
  • Developing and delivering scalable solutions utilizing full stack engineering such as Python, NoSQL databases, Web UI, Apache/Tomcat, Autosys, Custom schedulers, and CI/CD tools;
