The Role
Your role
Within the Security Assurance and GRC(Governance, Risk, and Compliance.) domain of the Security & Resiliency practice, identify and structure customers’ security governance, risk management, and compliance challenges, and lead the engagement end to end—from current-state assessments, gap analyses, and roadmap development through improvement recommendations, stakeholder alignment, and delivery—to help establish effective security management frameworks and continuously enhance security maturity and resilience.
What you will do
• Interview customers to understand their security governance, risk management, and compliance status
• Conduct current-state assessments, gap analysis, and improvement roadmap planning in GRC(Governance, Risk, and Compliance.) and Security Assurance areas
• Support the design and enhancement of security policies, control processes, audit readiness, and risk mitigation measures
• Present findings, recommendations, and action plans clearly to executives, IT teams, and security teams
• Lead upstream consulting activities, including proposal development, customer discussions, and opportunity shaping
• Collaborate with Security & Resiliency, Delivery, CTA(Customer Technology Advisor), and other internal teams to shape practical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer security maturity and resilience
Who You Are
Required skills and experience
• 8+ years of experience as a security consultant, preferably across multiple companies
• 8+ years of experience in establishing or operating security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• 8+ years of project management experience in driving security initiatives or security solution deployment
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, networks, and cloud environments
• Basic knowledge of information security and cybersecurity
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Preferred skills and experience
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CERA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CCSP
• TOEIC score of 730 or above
