Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and originating investment opportunities
- Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due-diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation.
- Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due-diligence budget through execution.
- Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards.
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders.
- Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions.
- Evaluating and executing investment exits.
- Guiding, mentoring and developing junior members within the team.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in a top tier fund manager or private equity firm or investment bank, specific experience in data center investments is a big plus
- Strong academic background
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to travel as required
