This role provides strategic financial leadership across international markets, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and effect risk management while supporting long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in international finance, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global financial strategies to support international operations, expansion, and profitability.
- Oversee international financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange, international tax structures, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with global accounting standards and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with regional finance teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and data driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other international business initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Significant experience in international finance, accounting, and financial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing global financial operations and supervising cross border teams.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, international tax regulations, and foreign exchange management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead effectively in a multicultural, multinational business environment.
