  • Lead multi-entity consolidation, including intercompany accounting and eliminations, foreign-currency translation, and coordination with local accounting teams and external providers.

  • Own the integrity of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, with clear reconciliations, controls, and management reporting.

  • Prepare Board and investor reporting, support financing and diligence processes, and serve as a credible finance representative to investors, banks, auditors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

  • Lead the accounting function and uplevel the processes, team, and systems required to support growth, audit readiness, and increasing organizational complexity.

  • Develop and maintain the company's operating model, annual budget, rolling forecast, long-range plan, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  • Define and manage company-level financial KPIs and unit economics across departments, geographies, customers, and products; build reporting packages that drive accountability and performance.

  • Experience owning or materially leading monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.

  • Experience building financial models and KPI frameworks and using them to influence operating decisions across functions.

  • Strong understanding of cash management, working capital, internal controls, and finance systems and processes.

  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels: able to advise the CEO and Board while also diving into reconciliations, models, systems, and process gaps.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving complex projects to completion.

  • High sense of ownership, urgency, accuracy, and judgment in a fast-moving environment.
