As true business partners, ADI's Communications team solves complex challenges through stakeholder engagement, stellar writing, and compelling messaging and storytelling. We do this by building best-in-class communications programming grounded in data, insights, and measurable outcomes.

This role will be focused on driving engagement with all audiences for the Global Operations and Technology (GO&T) team and the CTO Office. The person will partner closely with the EVP of GO&T, CTO, and their senior HR Business Partners to develop and deploy best in class communications strategies. They will help develop a strong and unique profile, as well as credibility across all target audiences. As a strategic counselor and can-do professional, they will be the Communications team's primary point-of-contact for these two innovation and technology-centered organizations working in close collaboration with teammates and partners.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Development of executive communications strategies, priorities, and execution plan in alignment with ADI's overall strategic business objectives
  • Collaborate with executives and their teams to execute communication plans that enhance employee engagement and drive clarity and alignment to company strategy, goals and values
  • Craft authentic and tailored narratives and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content that reflects and aligns to the executive's unique point of view and supports executive's strategic and tactical goals
  • Develop communications for team or global messages, videos, executive social posts, and more
  • Prepare executives for internal and external opportunities including media, panels, townhalls, keynotes, earned/sponsored speaking events, and awards
  • Craft messaging that supports ADI industry leadership position with social media presence and thought leadership content
  • Leverage innovative techniques and creative ways to tell stories and determine the best way to engage with select audiences

Recommended Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in engaging and motivating employees with best-in-class communications strategy
  • Experience helping growth companies navigate various communications situations and change management dynamics
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, publicly-traded, global technology company
  • Track record of advancing groundbreaking communication narratives through leadership
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, communications trends, and business skills
  • Strong comfort in executive social media positioning and management
  • Excellence in written and verbal communications, including the ability to present in a clear and concise manner and coach leaders toward improvement
  • Experience interacting with and providing counsel to C-suite executives and leaders at senior levels coupled with skill working with team members at all levels and geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, take ownership and collaborate with humility
  • Approach work in a highly organized, detail-oriented and quality-centric way
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications or related field is preferred; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience as a journalist or in a corporate media relations role is also a plus.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $172,960 to $237,820.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
