- Experience with AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes (RDS, EFS/EBS, IAM, S3, EKS).
- Experience with MLOps platforms including SageMaker, Managed MLflow, and DVC.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, containerization, Helm, and Linux administration.
- Experience with RMF, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across engineering teams.
- U.S. citizenship required.

- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Professional certification.
- Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting secure connectivity between enterprise networks and AWS
- Experience integrating Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience migrating regulated environments from on-premises to AWS GovCloud.
- Experience leading AI-enabled software factories and engineering organizations.
- Experience supporting regulated environments, RMF, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, or ATO-related delivery.
- Assess the existing hybrid software factory and create a migration roadmap.
- Design AWS GovCloud-native reference architecture using EKS and managed AWS services.
