About the Role
Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure and software delivery capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure management. This role requires a proactive engineer who can build reliable, secure, and scalable environments while improving deployment efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
- Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Manage Linux-based environments, networking configurations, access controls, and security policies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related role.
- Practical experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and automation using Bash or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent IaC and configuration management tools.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Experience with Git, release management, deployment automation, and production troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Kubernetes workloads in production environments.
- Familiarity with Nginx, Apache, reverse proxies, and web application hosting.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps principles.
- Experience supporting microservices and cloud-native application architectures.
- Familiarity with database administration, backup, and performance monitoring.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified, Microsoft Azure, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) will be an advantage.
