We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our technical foundation and support the reliability and scalability of our SaaS environment. 

Your Impact: 

In this role, you will take ownership of the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our DevOps infrastructure. You will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our systems and play a key part in enabling efficient development and deployment processes across the organization. 


Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, operate, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (k3s) with a strong focus on availability, scalability, and security. 
  • Manage and monitor Linux-based environments and virtualized infrastructure using Proxmox. 
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies with Kasten and Velero. 
  • Support and optimize database operations across MySQL and PostgreSQL. 
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Helm, and Azure DevOps. 
  • Ensure effective application and infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana. 
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployment of new features.

Your Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role, ideally within a SaaS environment. 
  • Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k3s or k8s), Linux administration, and virtualization (Proxmox). 
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline development, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code. 
  • Experience with backup solutions (Kasten, Velero) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). 
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack. 
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, combined with a structured and organized way of working. 
  • Self-driven, responsible, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Fluent German would be an advantage.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 60.900,-- according to the valid IT collective agreement with the willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
