Job Description:
-Provide hands-on technical support to customers using our Kubernetes-based platform, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, responding to support requests via calls and chat, and guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows.
-Spport the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies.
-Use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning.
Required Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining IaC solutions using Terraform or Terragrunt
-4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS
-3+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
-2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes -Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions
-Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
-Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of DevOps experience in Lieu of a Degree
-Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang
-Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
-Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, or Elasticsearch
-Experience with Jenkins or GitLab Runners
-AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
-Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
