Job Description

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

• Sense of Urgency

• Must be dependable

• Must work well independently

• Experience troubleshooting Hardware and Software with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems & Basic

• Excellent Oral and Written skills

• Above average Customer Service skills

• Stay current with system information, changes and updates

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proper phone etiquette

• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately

• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar

• Familiar with configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Effective listening skills

• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good

• Multi-tasking capabilities

• Flexible work schedule to support 24/7/365 operation

Min 6 months - 1 years’ experience

Additional Information

Skills Required
