Job DescriptionJob Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Duration: 6-7+ months
Interview Process: 1 in-person interview
Reason for Position: Desktop support/machine imaging for their regional transition project. They just purchased a new facility.
- Environment is:
- 50% Windows 7 and 50% Windows XP
- Citrix
- HP printers
- Dell is endpoint PC
Must have:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows XP and Windows 7
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office
- Experience working on deployment projects of Windows 7 or working on new deployments
- Understanding of installing application on desktops after a deployment
- Understanding of Citrix
- Imaging experience
- Super strong customer service skills
- Must be ok working in a hospital environment
- Healthcare experience is a big plus
The candidate chosen must do a FULL health screen that includes drug test, TB test, etc.
