Job Duties and Responsibilities
This Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet creative strategies, from concept to completion, for the DISH Wireless line of business. You will be responsible for creating materials, including e-marketing, paid and organic social media and production that reflect the DISH Wireless brand and address the business problems presented. This position will work with the creative team as well as our business partners. The Graphic Designer must have an understanding of design principles and tools, with organizational and interpersonal skills to excel in this role. This is a position will be responsible for laying the foundation for the commercial identity of the new DISH Wireless brand. To be successful we need someone who is enthusiastic and curious about all things design, and who are always looking for a better way to do things.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Create smart, compelling creative solutions across a wide array of integrated branding touchpoints, including digital, interactive/multimedia and motion graphics and more from initial concept to final production
• Work with production team to create animation for digital and video assets
• Oversee projects from concept through launch across all media
• Assist team in execution of all aspects of projects
• Work closely with management, developers, strategists & copywriters
• Move comfortably among multiple projects with various audiences
• Participation in collaborative ideation/brainstorming is a must
• Strong organization to meet all deadlines
• Work closely with other collaborators and partners
• Stay current on all industry trends

• Generate new ideas with limited direction
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful Graphic Designer will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and 3 plus years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital media, agency, or brand environment or exemplary freelance portfolio
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Acrobat required
• Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
• PowerPoint, After Effects and Cinema 4D a plus
• Must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills to ensure multiple projects with varying timelines, needs, and approvals inputs are completed successfully

Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
