ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you a dynamic writer? A designer of language? Are you a conceptual thinker who lives for discovering the witty phrase that sums it all up? If you relentlessly pursue big ideas and defy convention with every syllable, we should talk. We need a writer just like you.
Responsibilities:
- passionate, creative problem solver
- knack for understanding consumer behaviors, cultural trends and digital platforms
- empathy for diversity and the ability to adapt ideas to reach people authentically
- partner mentality, working and collaborating closely with an art director or designer
- “what-if” thinker who eschews convention and “what’s been done”
- eagerness to win awards and industry recognition for our work and our clients
- proven ability to confidently articulate ideas to the team and client audiences
- Lastly, we’re looking for a portfolio that fully showcases your creativity and scope of work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience of 2-4 years as agency copywriter
- Background in promotions, digital games, brand marketing, social and loyalty programs
- Strong conceptual abilities — able to generate and come up with thought-provoking ideas
- Great collaboration and team skills
- Exceptional writing skills (ability to write in multiple voices, captivating headlines and fluid, engaging copy)
- Knowledge of multiple digital platforms (from Social platforms, to loyalty apps, to promotional sites)
- Program proficiencies: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint
