If you're a natural leader who thrives on turning insights into action and loves building collaborative, data-driven processes, you'll be a perfect fit.

What you'll do:

  • Decision Quality: Drive key improvements in forecast accuracy and process efficiency. You'll use rigorous analysis, wisdom, and judgment to make sound decisions that impact the business and its operational goals.

  • Process Management: Act as a key player in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial goals. You will be responsible for defining and optimizing the forecasting process itself.

  • Dealing with Ambiguity: Lead the demand planning process in a dynamic environment, making informed decisions and acting effectively even when you don't have all the information. You can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty and guide others through it.

  • Developing Others: Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices. You'll be a resource for others, helping to improve their functional and technical skills.

Your profile
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with a proven track record of improving forecast accuracy in a manufacturing or FMCG environment - this is a must-have for the role.

  • It's a big plus if you have worked in the supplement, aromatherapy, cosmetics, wellness, or a similar product-driven environment.

  • Functional/Technical Skills: You're an expert at translating forecasts into efficient operations, aligning with key stakeholders, and ensuring products are available at the right time without overstock or shortages.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You're confident working with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP. Oracle and you're highly proficient with forecasting and inventory planning tools.

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.
Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 400 employees from more than 45 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.
