Senior eProcurement Platforms Analyst (Hybrid work schedule)
JOB SUMMARY
Serve as primary point of contact in Procurement to manage the technical aspects of end to end eProcurement Platforms, including SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba P2P, Ariba Contract Management (ACM), Adobe eSign, Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), and Robotic Processes Automation (RPA) etc.. Work closely with Procurement, ERP, IT, Legal, Finance and Business Units (BUs) to leverage process and technology to track, maintain and manage various systems. Define systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Provide guidance, expertise and technical training to Procurement and BUs.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Technical subject matter expert and primary point of contact responsible for managing end to end eProcurement platforms including SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba P2P, Ariba Contract Management (ACM), Adobe eSign, Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP) etc.
Administer and define system strategy for ACM, SLP by having in depth end to end understanding of core contracting methods, types and functions
Subject matter expert and primary point of contact within Procurement for RPA opportunities. Work closely with Procurement and Procurement Operations teams to identify, scope and develop RPA business cases. Work closely with stakeholders and IT to implement qualified and approved RPA opportunities
Develop system requirements, design, and prototype for new requirements or enhancements for related systems
Evaluate technical changes required to accommodate future requirements/changes in business process
Lead testing, document support procedures for system/business process changes or enhancements as applicable
Develop and provide general and specific technical training to Procurement and BUs, including Ariba, UIPath, and other P2P and Contracts-related systems as required
Establish and manage system controls for applicable systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
Develop custom reports for Procurement and BUs. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and proactively identify reporting/data that will support operating needs and decision making
Manage communication for Ariba outage planning - track and address outages with Ariba, including scheduled maintenance and disaster recovery
Act as key procurement resource for company processes, policy interpretation and company procedures
Perform other duties as requested

Education
Bachelor's degree
Related Work Experience Number of Years
4-6 years of Contract management
4-6 years of Reporting tracking and analysis tools
4-6 years of Legal and financial aspects of procurement
2+ years of Hands on experience in ARIBA API and integration tool kits
5+ years of Familiarity with Ariba P2P, SAP S/4 Hana or similar products

The pay for this position has a salary range of $76,800.00 to $135,800.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
