Hyatt is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Revenue to work closely with the Head of Digital Finance and identify new potential areas of investment as well as analyze expenses to optimize cost. This individual will be responsible for extracting large datasets directly from the data warehouse and conducting advanced analytics and financial modeling in order to present a clear story to executive leadership. By working side-by-side with key stakeholders, this professional will play a critical role in the ongoing digital transformation at Hyatt hotels.
Responsibilities
Analyze expenses and financial reports in order to accurately model out multiple hypotheses and enable data-driven decision making.
Present clear stories to executive leadership backed by historical and predictive data.
Extract data directly from multiple data sources utilizing SQL.
Conduct advanced analytics utilizing Python and R.
Create self-service, customizable dashboards in Tableau.
Grow and manage a team of up to 1-3 analysts and data professionals.
Be comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative, experimental, and data-driven environment.
Continuously learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies to evaluate impact to the business and member value.

Experience
5+ years of experience in Financial or Revenue Analysis
Familiarity with data scripting languages such as Python or R
Knowledge of SQL and an ability to conduct queries directly from a data warehouse
Extensive experience creating clear financial presentations and delivering them to executive leadership
Prior hospitality industry experience a plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Data Science
