Zoom’s Business Applications team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will support our fast-paced New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This position will partner with Zoom’s Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom’s customer adoption. This position requires a highly experienced, driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who will take every opportunity to improve Zoom’s NPI process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary partner for Product Managers, Sales Operations and Enablement, Finance, FP&A to understand the root cause of their needs and elicit business requirements for system changes

  • Collaborate with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Develop strong relationships across the organization, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor in all processes related to selling of new products

  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, developers, testers and other project team members to translate requirements, design and develop solutions

  • Collaborate with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities and perform post launch monitoring

  • Facilitate requirements and solution reviews with business teams, functional owners and end-users to ensure alignment and avoid surprises

  • Lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, triaging defects and obtaining stakeholder sign-off

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align business and technology roadmaps

  • Establish detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership

  • Identify resource requirements based on solution requirements, working with resource managers to obtain project commitment

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent

  • 6+ years of experience analyzing business requirements; developing and documenting process flows and solution designs; testing new functionality

  • 4+ years self-managing projects in fast-paced and dynamic environments, including developing project /sprint plans and reporting project status to executives

  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions

  • Expertise in business process modelling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes)

  • Experience in prototyping solutions and iterating with business teams are a big plus

  • Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe), Business Analysis (CBAP)
