Product Vulnerabilities Analyst, YouTube Intel Desk
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in program management, intelligence, or a product-focused role
- 3 years of experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams, including executives and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management, intelligence, or a product-focused role
- Experience communicating with a variety of audiences and explaining technical and non-technical concepts
- Understanding of YouTube products and creators, and/or online abuse
- Passion and curiosity for content abuse, implications of content abuse, and making YouTube a safe place

In this role, you will be a part of YouTube's Intel Desk, which is responsible for identifying risks associated with existing and emerging YouTube products. You'll work with cross-functional teams across Trust and Safety and YouTube products to unite adversaries' intentions with potential product vulnerabilities, ultimately making YouTube a safer place for our users.

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging and persistent risks posed by adversarial actors exploiting YouTube's variety of product features
- Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose root causes of abuse, including online actor motivations and tactics
- Act as the primary liaison between YouTube's Intel Desk and YouTube product teams to share content risks and adversaries' strategies/objectives
- Identify and understand gaps/vulnerabilities in YouTube products to make YouTube a safer place
