The role will be based in New York with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge Investments is seeking a Data Systems Analyst to support the firm's investment management platform by enhancing data integrity, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with investment, client, and business teams to transform data into meaningful insights, support strategic initiatives, and leverage technology solutions including AI-driven tools to improve processes and decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and passionate about using data and technology to drive business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support initiatives to streamline and automate investment and reporting processes, including the use of AI tools to improve data access, accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Build reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Support data processing, quality control, and troubleshooting within portfolio management systems.
Assist with portfolio analysis, cash flow projections, and financial modeling.
Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
Partner with portfolio managers, sales, client relations, and other teams to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
AI implementation or project management experience strongly preferred.
1–2 years of experience in asset management, finance operations, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
Proactive, self-motivated team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand business processes and data requirements.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

*Salary Range: $100k-110k annually + bonus + benefits
