We're building an algorithmic loyalty platform for mobile gamers. We empower gamers with a new way to discover games, connect with their friends, and earn fantastic rewards- all powered by data and machine learning.
We’re forming the core of our applied data science team and are looking for engineers who want to own high-impact systems end-to-end, from modeling to production. Your work will directly influence revenue, user experience, and platform integrity.
With hundreds of thousands of active users and rapid growth, this is a chance to build foundational ML systems at scale.
What you will do
- Work with rich, high-volume behavioral data from millions of play sessions across the entire mobile gaming industry.
- Design and deploy real time models for marketplace matching, dynamic pricing, personalized recommendations, fraud detection, and game economy simulation.
- Work in a highly agentic R&D organizations.
What you will need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on ML engineering or data science experience.
- Expertise in agentic R&D (Claude Code or similar).
- Strong foundation in ML and statistics.
- A bias toward shipping, iterating, and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
