Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the users, analyzing the users’ behavior, growing our user base, and improving the users experience and retention.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product, Content and Tech Teams on optimizing and developing consumer facing products.
- Analyze UX and customer journeys to identify opportunities and improvement.
- Track, measure and analyze the platform’s subscription & sales funnels.
- Setup, monitor and analyze AB tests continuously to improve feature and design
- Build rich & insightful reports that can provide recommendations on features that will improve the overall platform’s user experience.
- Be a driving force in product development, backing up suggestions with evidence and derive actionable insights
- Facilitate data driven decision making across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Data Science or Business Intelligence would be a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
- Previous experience in dealing with SaaS platforms on a large scale of active Subscribers (500K+ Paid Subscribers)
- Experience with user behavior analysis
- Experience using Machine and Deep Learning languages, preferably Python and its related tools (NumPy, Scikit, Pandas, OCR, etc), to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Practical experience with ML algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, and dimensionality reduction.
- Experience building data pipelines and data-centric applications using different Databases such as MySQL, Redshift, MongoDB.
- Expert in dealing with different 3rd party Analytics Platforms such as Firebase, Google Analytics and Amplitude.
- An added advantage for candidates who has work experience on TensorFlowand AWS SageMaker.
- Expert in User Funnels Analysis & Optimization, and Retention & Engagement
