Senior Data Scientist/Architect - AI, ML, Gen AI with AWS/Azure

Responsibilities;
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models, especially focusing on ChatGPT or similar language models, on Azure platforms.
- Conduct advanced research and development in AI to enhance model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain machine learning pipelines for training and deploying large-scale models using Azure Machine Learning and other relevant Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various applications and services.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and Azure technologies.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve model accuracy and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies for handling large-scale data processing and model training tasks in Azure cloud environments.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI and adherence to data privacy regulations and guidelines.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members in the field of AI and machine learnings.
- Communicate findings and AI model behaviors effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Competencies:
- Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in data science with a significant focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI models, particularly language models like ChatGPT.
- Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, especially Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other AI-related services.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of the principles and applications of AI and natural language processing.
- Experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with big data technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Preferred Skills:Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Publications or contributions to research in the fields of AI, machine learning, or natural language processing. - A portfolio demonstrating previous work or projects in AI and language models.
