Job Description
Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst (AI-Driven) who can bridge the gap between data and business value with a special focus on telco data, while leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive smarter, faster decision-making.
This is not a traditional analyst role. We’re looking for someone who actively uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Python, AutoML) to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and deliver deeper insights.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze data (BSCS,CDRs, network, charging, customer data) to identify trends and actionable insights
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into data solutions
- Perform data mapping, profiling, and interface analysis across systems
- Support data migration and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans and validation processes
- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) for business users and leadership
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
AI-Driven Responsibilities
- Use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis and root cause investigations
- Automate reporting, documentation, and test case generation using AI
- Apply AI techniques for data quality checks, anomaly detection, and optimization
- Demonstrate how AI can improve efficiency across the data lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven solutions in telecom use cases
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a special focus on telco
- Strong knowledge of telco systems: EMM, MSC, ICT, CCN, MAPS, SDP, CDRs
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI concepts
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
- Experience with Hive, Presto, Trino, or similar
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
AI & Advanced Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Python ML, AutoML)
- Ability to demonstrate real use cases of AI in your daily work
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, automation, or anomaly detection

Additional Info
