- Proficiency in DigDash Enterprise is mandatory.

- Good understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT processes, and business KPIs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Java language.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical dashboard requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project development methodologies (Agile).
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Requirements
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve digDash processes and reports sending whenever some issues are encountered.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with data lake architectures and querying tools (e.g. Vertica, Postgresql.
- Collaborate reactively and autonomously with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders from France/Lux and Malaysia when any production or issues arise.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within visual outputs.
- Optimize dashboard performance and manage data refresh cycles.
- Support user training and promote self-service BI through dashboard sharing and documentation.
- Implement security and access controls within the DigDash platform.
- Participate in continuous improvement of BI practices, visual storytelling, and UI/UX design.
