BMA is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to join our team in support of an upcoming proposal effort. This position is located in Columbus, OH. This is a contingent position, with employment dependent upon contract award.


Job Summary 

Reviews, consolidates, and develops cybersecurity policy, with Government approval, in accordance with applicable requirements. Provides technical support and assistance to programs and assesses IT policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure an appropriate balance between security and operational requirements.

Briefs senior management on cybersecurity policy changes, updates, and progress.


Clearance Requirements

There is a DoD Top Secret Clearance requirement for this role and be eligible for an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission.


Required Skills & Certifications 

  • Seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience
  • Experience with the general tenets supporting the overall DoD implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes
  • Any team member of CERT will maintain CSSP Analyst certification
