We enable and accelerate enterprise automation at FIS - by working with stakeholders to identify, build and deploy robust, time saving automations using best of breed tools and technology. What you will be doing

  • Implement complex business logic within RPA solutions to automatically pull data from UI-based and API-based systems to complete tasks
  • Translate business requirements and processes to create detailed process definition documents
  • Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness
  • Monitoring, maintenance and support of automation processes and platforms
  • Documenting internal processes and providing on-call support for critical automations.
  • Mentor other team members, drawing on your experience to provide thoughtful direction.
  • Working closely with remote teams across multiple time zones


What you bring

  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience developing automated solutions.
  • Experience using Python, C# or Visual Basic script
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
  • A 'team player' attitude with a willingness to learn and implement new technology.


Bonus if you have

  • Understanding of RPA practices
  • Work experience with UiPath
  • Experience with API data pipeline development for RESTful and non-RESTful
  • Experience with version control flow and supporting tools (Git/Github)
  • Working knowledge of internal FIS processes / procedures for hardware and software deployment.
