Your Impact
We're searching for a Customer Success Intern with a customer-centric mindset that enjoys diving deep
into shop operations. You’re excited about the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)
industry and will be responsible for ongoing customer support and driving customer success for Building Swell products and features.
Some of the ways you drive impact:
-Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey with Building
Swell products.
-Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and
feedback mechanisms.
-Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to
product improvement.
-Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and
retention.
Your Background
-Based in the Toronto, ON area and studying in the AEC field.
-Clear, concise writing and note-taking; comfortable speaking with customers
-Organized, reliable, and eager to learn how prefab shops actually work
-Kind and curious—always open to learning from colleagues, clients, and the industry.
