Compensation: $20/hour

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

• Connect. Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to help homeowners schedule a free appointment with one of our experts. Every call starts warm, these homeowners have asked for our help.
• Convert. Turn leads into scheduled appointments, and keep those appointments on the books.
• Collaborate. Win together. Back each other up. That's the standard.

You’ll have clear performance metrics around call activity, appointment setting, and conversion. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, talking with people throughout the day, taking ownership of their results, and working toward clear goals. You’ll know what success looks like and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the team’s goals.

Qualifications: What You Offer

• Must be at least 18
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
• A history of reliable and consistent job longevity
