Application ProcessSisu admits founders on a rolling basis, selecting only 20 individuals per year across 10 startups.
Initial Screening: A 30-minute phone/video interview with a talent principal.
Founder Interview: A 30-minute phone/video interview with Ari Mir.
Working Sessions: Upon acceptance, you’ll join a 12- to 18-month program where you’ll work directly with Ari and the Sisu team.

At Sisu, we prioritize the founders' vision and autonomy. We do not consider ourselves cofounders and will not occupy board seats. After the initial twelve-month period, Sisu transitions into a more traditional advisory role, continuing to provide valuable support and guidance for the startup's ongoing success.
