With Prodigy, kids practice standards-aligned skills in Math and English as they play our fun, adaptive learning games. All with teacher and parent tools to support their learning in class and at home.


The CRM Developer will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical development and execution of personalized communication campaigns, automated workflows, and marketing journeys. You will handle campaign management, data preparation, deployment, and analysis for email and push campaigns. Most of your time will be spent working within the digital messaging platform and our CDP (Braze and Segment.io). You will utilize HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL skills to code and deploy emails, create new segments, and set up data-triggered automated emails and journeys in email and push channels.


Please note this is an 18 month contract opportunity.



Your Impact

  • Lead the marketing automation strategy and execution for Braze and Segment.io
  • Collaborate with the Product, Martech, and Engineering teams to implement technical aspects of segmentation, event tagging, and conversion tracking on our platforms
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of all journey-based and trigger-based campaigns
  • Support campaign operations by managing campaign architecture, target list creation, testing setups, and segmentation
  • Conduct data migrations, integrations, and data cleansing activities
  • Develop and oversee our strategy for attribution, tracking, and reporting on digital messaging performance
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Customer Marketing team, highlighting trends in email performance and best practices
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across marketing tools, programs, systems, and reporting
  • Implement campaign hygiene and quality processes to ensure deliverability
  • Recommend and evaluate innovative technologies to enhance our marketing technology stack, supporting future growth and efficiency

About You

  • Certified in Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud with extensive experience in marketing technology, including CDP platforms like Segment.io
  • Expertise in managing 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, including user lifecycle management, segmentation and, building conversion events
  • Skilled in data and analytics, including database setup and cleanup, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, pipeline reporting, and leveraging data to identify meaningful campaign opportunities
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, processes, and best practices
  • Experienced with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration tools
  • Certified in Braze, SFMC, or a similar platform, with experience in creating emails and journeys, and proficient in HTML coding
  • Proficient in reading and editing HTML and CSS
  • Advanced knowledge of email deliverability guidelines, best practices, and resolutions
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adjust workloads to meet deadlines
  • Possesses a curious mindset, able to navigate ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment

  • A degree, diploma or certification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
