This is a remote position.
We want to build a community of creators to tell that story. We believe creator networks shape culture. We want to build one that matters.
This is a founding role. The network doesn't exist yet. You'll build it.
About the role
This is not a traditional comms or partnerships role.
You'll build from scratch, with real creative freedom, a network of established creators across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Then you’ll support them to have real impact together and make Dear Britain the most valuable network they're part of.
That means being useful before anyone asks. Spotting cultural shifts early. Sharing angles, insights and opportunities creators can actually use. Connecting people who should know each other. Helping creators feel part of something ambitious, creatively energising and genuinely important.
The best outcome is creators making work aligned with our mission because they are genuinely inspired by the network – not because they were asked to.
What success looks like
Creators actively bringing ideas, conversations and opportunities into the network
A community that feels creatively ambitious, plugged-in and genuinely useful
Strong relationships built on trust, taste and mutual value
Creators making resonant, high-performing content because Dear Britain sharpens what they already do well
Dear Britain becoming one of the most impactful creator communities in Britain
What you'll do
Build and steward relationships with ~30 established creators across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
Become a trusted sounding board – the person creators call for perspective, ideas and instinct checks
Spot emerging stories, trends and opportunities before they become obvious
Share platform, audience and cultural insight in ways creators can immediately use
Connect creators to each other, to collaborators and to opportunities that strengthen the wider network
Help shape the identity, energy and direction of the Dear Britain creator community
Feed platform intelligence and creator insight back into the wider team

Dear Britain is a project of Own The Space – a campaign incubator building communication interventions with the potential to create meaningful change quickly.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities, and are committed to building a genuinely supportive and creative working environment.
Requirements
You're credible to creators – people see you as a peer
You're deeply tuned into internet culture, platforms and creator behaviour
You naturally think in momentum, opportunities and connections
You understand creator psychology – what people need creatively, emotionally and professionally
You have strong instincts for what makes content travel
You're highly self-directed and energised by building things from scratch
You're collaborative, emotionally intelligent and good at reading the room
You care about Britain and want to be part of changing the story – without being preachy about it
You don't need a background in non-profits to apply.
We want to hear from you if you've built creator relationships at a brand or agency. If you've worked in casting, talent or entertainment. If you're a creator yourself who understands what others need to grow. If you've worked in culture, media or community building – and you're watching what's happening to this country and thinking someone needs to do something about it – this is that opportunity.
What we're looking for is instinct, relationships and a genuine belief that the story being told about Britain right now needs to change.
